Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT

OF MEDICAL, SURGICAL, DENTAL AND OTHER SUPPLIES CY 2024 REBID

1. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the INCOME FUND-MOOE/GAA # 2024-01-025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty-five Million Three Hundred ThirtyTwo Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos and 23/100 Only (Php 65, 332, 830.23) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical, Surgical, Dental and Other Supplies CY 2024 Rebid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The QUIRINO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within the specified under Section VI: Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
