Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Human Resource Service Provider with Reference No. # 2026-08-14
1) The Department of Science and Technology- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), through the 2026 General Appropriations Act or Special Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Seven Thousand Fifty Nine Pesos and Thirty Five Centavos (₱5, 107, 059.35) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Human Resource Service Provider. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOST-FNRI now invites bids for Procurement of Human Resource Service Provider. Delivery of the Goods is required within 4 months (September 01 to December 31, 2026) from receipt of approved PO and NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
