1) The Municipal Government of Sual, Pangasinan, through the 2026 Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Generator System for Sual District Office at Sual, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
