INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF FUELS AND OTHER SERVICES FOR THE COURT OF APPEALS ADMINISTRATIVE VEHICLES THROUGH A FLEET CARD PROGRAM

1. The COURT OF APPEALS, through General Fund M.O.O.E. - A.I.A.I. Fuel, Oil and Lubricants Expense intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Fuels and other services for the Court of Appeals Administrative Vehicles through a Fleet Card Program. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The COURT OF APPEALS, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
