Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Food Items for the 16th Cycle Supplemental Feeding Program
1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the Trust Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 420, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Food Items for the 16th Cycle Supplemental Feeding Program # 2026-10. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the Procurement of Food Items for the 16th Cycle Supplemental Feeding Program. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least/within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
