Description : 1. The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under FY 2024 Current TBIMs Funds intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos of Two Hundred Fifty-Four Million Four Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Three Pesos and Ninety-Two Centavos (P254, 433, 433.92) only, being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Development, Printing and Delivery of Textbooks & Teacher-s Manuals and Provision of Electronic Textbooks and Teacher-s Manuals for Grade 1 (Sinugbuanong Bisaya) for Nine (9) Regions (GR1: SIN_BIS_254M), broken down as follows:

This project is subdivided into lots and bidders shall have the option of submitting a proposal on any or all lots and evaluation and contract award will be undertaken on a per lot basis.

Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot for the project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DepEd, through the DepEd Regional Office 10 Bids and Awards Committee (RBA...
