1. The BLGU of Bolhoon, through the Government of the Philippines General Appropriation Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight hundred fifty thousand pesos only.(Php 850, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Gravelling of Roads at Barangay Bolhoon San Miguel Surigao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BLGU of BOLHOON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen calendar (15) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
