Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Assorted Laboratory Equipment with Reference No. # 2026-06-11
1 The Department of Science and Technology- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), through the 2026 DOST General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱15, 145, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Assorted Laboratory Equipment. ABC per lot is as follows:
LOT 1 - ₱15, 000, 000.00 LOT 2 - ₱145, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOST-FNRI now invites bids for Procurement Assorted Laboratory Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60-90 calendar days from receipt of approved PO and NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
