Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Assorted Laboratory Equipment with Reference No. # 2026-06-10
1. The Department of Science and Technology- Food and Nutrition Research Institute (DOST-FNRI), through the 2026 DOST Grant-in-Aids intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS (₱11, 700, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Assorted Office Supplies. ABC per lot is as follows:
LOT 1 - ₱ 6, 000, 000.00
LOT 2 - ₱ 2, 500, 000.00
LOT 3 - ₱ 1, 000, 000.00
LOT 4 - ₱ 1, 000, 000.00
LOT 5 - ₱ 1, 200, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOST-FNRI now invites bids for Procurement of Assorted Laboratory Equipment . Delivery of the Goods is required 45-60 calendar days from receipt of approved PO and NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
