Description : 1. The Environmental Management Bureau-Regional Office 02, through the 2025 budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen Pesos (Ph1, 379, 515.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement and Delivery of laboratory equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The [Environmental Management Bureau-Regional Office 02 now invites bids for Procurement and Delivery of laboratory equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required 60 days contract. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
