Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of 3.1 kWp Hybrid On/Off-Grid System (Upgradable) with Installation
1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco, through the Special Education Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty Three Pesos and 67/100 Only (Php 279, 763.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 3.1 kWp Hybrid on/off-grid system (upgradable) with installation with Identification # 2026-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Basco now invites bids for the Procurement of 3.1 kWp Hybrid on/off-grid system (upgradable) with installation. Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt Notice to Proceed/Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least/within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
