Purchase Request No. 001-2026
1. The Barangay Tambobong of Villanueva, Misamis Oriental through ER-1-94 Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand pesos only. (P 1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 1 unit Vehicle use for Barangay Tambobong, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatic rejected during bid opening.
2. Prospective bidder should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for the bidding. Unregistered suppliers/contractors must first register at the Bids & Awards Committee Chairman at Barangay Tambobong Session Hall. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Tambobong, Villanueva, Misamis Oriental and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
