Description : The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, using single-year for a duration of oneyear Framework Agreement, through the 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA)

2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eight Million

One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php8, 139, 250.00),

and the 2021-Pharma-57 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each

item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for Pharmaceutical.

Delivery of the Goods is required within seven (7) working days after issuance of a

Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of

submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an

eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II

(Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing
