FOR

“PERIMETER FENCING OF SANITARY LANDFILL, ADMIN OFFICE, MOTORPOOL EXTENSION, GUARDHOUSE AND COMPOSTING AREA (DESIGN AND BUILD”

1. The Local Government Unit of Murcia, Negros Occidental, through the LGU Development Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Perimeter Fencing of Sanitary Landfill, Admin Office, Motorpool Extension, Guardhouse And Composting Area (Design and Build), INFR2024-04-03”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Murcia, Negros Occidental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 150 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
