1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Appropriation Ordinance No. 1, s. 2026 (Supplemental Budget No. 01 FY 2026) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and 45/100 Only (₱1, 356, 367.45). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION/INSTALLATION OF FLOOD CONTROL MEASURES UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-0592. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
