1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos and Thirty Centavos (P 1, 299, 828.30) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Operation of Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (Phase 7) of MDRRM Office/ Contract No. 2026 - 0108. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Operation of Multi-Hazard Early Warning System (Phase 7) of MDRRM Office. Delivery of the Goods is required forty five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
