INVITATION TO BID FOR MASS WEDDING (MEALS AND SNACKS AND OTHER SUPPLIES)

1. The Local Government Unit of Bolinao, Pangasinan, through the General Fund. intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (Php468, 300.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for Mass Wedding (Meals and Snacks and other supplies). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bolinao, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery period is within the wedding day (1) day. Bidders should have completed, within three years (3) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
