Description : The Agricultural Training Institute, through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2, 289, 600.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the procurement of MEALS FOR THE PDOC OF THE FYFIPT BATCH 4 (ITB No. ATI-CO-2024-11). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Agricultural Training Institute now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven 36 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulati...
