The Municipality of Mambajao through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to
apply the sum of Two million nine hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred ninety-nine
pesos and ninety centavos (Php 2, 999, 999.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. ______. Bids received in excess of
the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Municipality of Mambajao now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Sreetligts. Completion
of the Works is required within one hundred nineteen (119) calendar days. Bidders should have
completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to
the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly,
