INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
Improvement of Tupsan & Agoho Public Cemetery
1. The Municipality of Mambajao through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to apply the sum of Nine hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred fifty-nine pesos and twenty-nine centavos (Php 999, 859.29) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 26-668. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mambajao now invites bids for the Improvement of Tupsan & Agoho Public Cemetery. Completion of the Works is required within two hundred sixty-seven (267) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
