1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Pesos and 95/100 (Php 2, 999, 743.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% Development Fund, to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Municipal Ground at Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Improvement of Municipal Ground at Barangay Poblacion, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Completion of the Works is 60 Calendar Days, Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License with Size Range of at least Small B and should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
