The Municipality of Paete, Laguna, through the General Fund-(National Wealth Fund) intends to apply the sum of one million four Hundred thousand pesos only (Php 1, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement and Rehabilitation of Multi-purpose Building in Brgy Timugan, Los Banos Laguna with project/Contract identification number IP-016-25multipurposebuilding . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
