The CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA, through its 20% LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FUND CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIxTY TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY EIGHT CENTAVOS (P 943, 862.78) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for INF-32-July 26, 2021. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
