1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the MDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (P 401, 350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Food and Accommodation for the Capability Building Training of MDRRM Office/ Contract No. 2026 - 0074. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Food and Accommodation for the Capability Building Training of MDRRM Office. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
