INVITATION TO BID
1. The Municipality of Lemery, Iloilo, through 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos (P2, 787, 639.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Expansion of Municipal Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Lemery, Iloilo now invites bids Expansion of Municipal Hall. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
