1. The MLGU-Claveria, Masbate, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
Six Million Pesos ( ₱6, 000, 000.00 ) being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Construction of 7 Units -Single Barrel Box Culvert . Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Local Government of Claveria, Masbate now invites bids for the
Construction of 7 Units -Single Barrel Box Culvert . Completion of Works
is required on Dec. 21, 2026 . Bidders should have completed, within eight months
