The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region V, through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program, intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty and 21/100 Pesos only (Php 13, 469, 730.21) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following.
