“DEVELOPMENT OF SANITARY LANDFILL (Roofing Extension and Rain water Collection System)
1. The Local Government Unit of Murcia, Negros Occidental, through the LGU Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Seventy seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Pesos and Eighty Centavos (Php 1, 477, 849.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Development of Sanitary Landfill (Roofing Extension and Rain Water Collection System), INFRA2026-03-04”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Murcia, Negros Occidental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
