FOR THE DESIGN AND BUILD OF PENRO PAMPANGA OFFICE
(Procurement/Contract No. 2024-01-PENRO)
1. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office -Pampanga through the General Appropriation Act (GAA RA No. 11975) for FY 2024 under the Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office - Pampanga intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Pesos (P5, 895, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Design and Build of PENRO Pampanga Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office -Pampanga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be within six (6) months upon the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
