Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Regional Office 12 SOUTH COTABATO-SARANGANI IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE (NIA-12 SCSIMO), through the GAA Fund CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of P 19, 484, 789.21 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CY 2024-LMT CIS: Proposed Repair & Improvement of Diversion Works, Construction of 118.80 meters Protection Works @ upstream Right side and Temporary Facility.

(NIA12 -INFRA-SCSIMO -2024-005).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2. The NIA-12 SCSIMO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 170 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
