Construction/Improvement of Magting Swimming Pool
1. The Municipality of Mambajao through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to apply the sum of Twelve million seventy-three thousand nine hundred thirty-seven pesos and thirty-seven centavos (Php 12, 073, 937.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. 26-666. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mambajao now invites bids for the Construction/Improvement of Magting Swimming Pool. Completion of the Works is required within three hundred forty-seven (347) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
