Invitation to Bid for Construction of Student Center at Main Campus
1) The Western Philippines University, through Fund 164- 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (Php10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Student Center at Main Campus with Project Identification No.: INFRA-2026-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) Western Philippines University now invites bids for the above-mentioned procurement project. Completion of the Works is required by Two hundred fifty (250) calendar days and shall commence within three (3) days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
