1) The MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS & 08/100 (Php 2, 987, 320.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT WITH DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES (24 UNITS), IB No. 2025-10-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF TORRIJOS now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT WITH DECORATIVE ACCESSORIES (24 UNITS). Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
