1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Five Pesos and 13/100(Php 749, 335.13) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% Development Fund, to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Sitio Capipi, Barangay Bigaan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Construction of Slope Protection at Sitio Capipi, Barangay Bigaan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Completion of the Works is 45 Calendar Days, Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License with Size Range of at least Small B and should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid.
