1) The Local Government Unit of Pandan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Pesos & 68/100 Only (P 1, 999, 999.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF SLOPE PROTECTION OF BARANGAY DUMROG-BOTBOT CREEK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Pandan now invites bids for the Construction of 203Ln.m Slope Protection. Completion of the Works is required Seventy-Five (75) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
