Description : 1) The DENR PENRO-Batanes, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act - Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Protected Area Management Office (PAMO) building with Audio Visual Room. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DENR PENRO-Batanes, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required. Bidders should have completed within Three Hundred Twenty-Two (322) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
