Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE TWO (2) OF LABORATORY BUILDING OF TRC LA UNION
CB2026-03-001
1. The Treatment and Rehabilitation Center La Union (TRC LU), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (Php10, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF PHASE TWO (2) OF LABORATORY BUILDING OF TRC LA UNION CB2026-03-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The TRC LU now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days and shall commence seven (7) days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
