1) The Municipal Government of Malita, through the Municipal Economic Enterprise Office - General Fund-Capital Outlay / FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos only (Php1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of New Dry Goods Section (Phase 4). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Malita now invites bids for Construction of New Dry Goods Section (Phase 4) located at Public Market, Poblacion, Malita, Davao Occidental with brief description such as Construction of New Dry Goods Section (Phase 4) with Floor Area of 74.88 sq.m. (Length = 6 meters ; Width = 8 meters; and walkway - 1.2 meters - 3 sides). Completion of the Works is required Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP).
