1 The Municipal Government of Lapinig, Northern Samar, through the 20 % EDF OF 2026 OF MUN. LOCAL GOVERNMEN UNIT OF LAPINIG intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION PESOS ONLY (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of the above project.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2 The Municipal Government of Lapinig, Northern Samar now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building (Motorpool) at Lapinig del Norte, Lapinig, Northern Samar. Completion of the Works is required in 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
