1) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen, through the 20% Development Fund - Capital Outlay FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (P800, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Balococ (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Balococ (Phase II). Completion of the Works is required ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
