1) The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the SB #3 CY 2025 - 20% DF intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and Twenty-Five Centavos Only (4, 729, 567.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Gym at Mangayon ES, Brgy. Mangayon, Compostela, Davao de Oro (Construction of 16m x 6m Stage, 30 ln.m. Bleachers at L/S and 27 ln.m. Bleachers at R/S) - PEO with Purchase Request No. 26-4118 under Civil Works No. CW26-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
