Description : 1. The Laguna State Polytechnic University, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Million Pesos Only (Php36, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR (4) - STOREY 24 CLASSROOM ACADEMIC BUILDING OF SINILOAN CAMPUS (PHASE III). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Laguna State Polytechnic University now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF A FOUR (4) - STOREY 24 CLASSROOM ACADEMIC BUILDING OF SINILOAN CAMPUS (PHASE III). Completion of the Works is required in 210 days. Bidders should have completed, within seven years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
