1) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen, through the 20% Development Fund - Capital Outlay FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (P1, 000, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Drainage Canal at Mayor St., Barangay Maniboc. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Lingayen now invites bids for Construction of Drainage Canal at Mayor St., Barangay Maniboc. Completion of the Works is required sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
