1)The Municipality of Caraga, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-One Pesos and Fifty-Six Centavos only (2, 299, 941.56), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT PROPER, SAN LUIS, CARAGA DAVAO OR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipality of Caraga now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER AT PROPER, SAN LUIS, CARAGA DAVAO OR. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Sixty-Two (162) Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
