1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Ninety Nine
Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Pesos and 39/100 (Php 1, 399, 684.39) being the Approved Budget for
the Contract (ABC) from 20% Development Fund, to payments under the contract for the Construction of
Box Culvert at Barangay Lumangbayan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Construction of Box Culvert
at Barangay Lumangbayan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Completion of the Works is 45 Calendar Days,
Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License with Size Range of at least Small B and should have
