Construction and Development of Ardent Spring Wellness Resort
1. The Municipality of Mambajao through the Bids and Awards Committee(BAC) intends to apply the sum of One hundred seventy-nine million nine hundred seventy-one thousand one hundred twenty-two pesos and thirty-three centavos (Php 179, 971, 122.33) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase Request No. ______. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mambajao now invites bids for the Construction and Development of Ardent Spring Wellness Resort. Completion of the Works is required within Four hundred eighty (480) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
