Description : Sealed proposal in ink typewritten one (1) copy will be reached from bonafide suppliers on June 25, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Barangay Hall of Barangay Sto. Niño 1st this city on which date, time and place the bid will opened in the presence of the bidders or their duly authorized representative for the CONCRETING OF ROAD @ ZONE 6, Barangay Sto. Niño 1st, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija. Two envelope system, will be used as per implementing rules, and regulations of Republic Act 9184. The approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) is TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P200, 000.00).
Each bid shall be accompanied by Bidder-s Bond in the form of either Cash Managers Check. Band Guarantee acceptable to the Government and payable to the Barangay Treasurer equivalent to two points five percent (2.5%) of the total amount of bid as guarantee of good faith otherwise the bid shall not honored by the committee on Awards.
