Tender are invited for INVITATION TO BID FOR COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Description : 1) The National Privacy Commission, through the FY 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA)4
intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Pesos (Php30, 000, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Complaints
Management System - (APP Item No. 2026-001). Bids received in excess of the ABC
shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The National Privacy Commission now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Full delivery of the Complaints Management System (APP Item No. 2026-001) using
competitive bidding procedures under the IRR of RA No. 12009. Delivery, testing,
commissioning, and final acceptance of the Complaints Management System (Phase
1), including all requirements stipulated in the Technical Specifications, shall be
completed within one (1) year from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), in
accordance with the delivery schedule in the Bidding Documents (Section VI and
Section VII). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of
