Invitation to Bid for the Catering Services for the Youth Development Session of MSWD-4Ps
1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Thirty Nine Thousand Pesos Only (P 39, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services for the Youth Development Session of MSWD-4Ps/ Contract No. 2026-0089. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Catering Services for the Youth Development Session of MSWD-4Ps. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
