1. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Catering Services for Malipayon nga Bata Gift Giving Project 2026/Contract No. 2026-0164. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pavia, Iloilo now invites bids for the Catering Services for Malipayon nga Bata Gift Giving Project 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required one (1) calendar day. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
